BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advanced approach to construction that allows you to create 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects. The TEBIN team collaborates with clients and partners on the implementation of BIM processes in order to develop optimal solutions. This ensures that the project is completed safely the first time, on time and within budget.
VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) is an innovative method that allows TEBIN to build twice: first virtually and then on the construction site. By creating a detailed 4D model (time and cost), any potential problems can be identified and resolved before construction begins, reducing the chance of costly delays or errors.
The global idea (vision) of TEBIN is to transform the engineering and architectural industries. The list of challenges engineers face is almost endless. The effectiveness of TEBIN is based on clear processes that help to solve all the problems on the path of development: continuous learning, digitalization (new technologies), cooperation and communication.
TEBIN provides effective communication between employees, GIG teams and clients from different countries using modern tools and creates a single environment with a clear project structure and the ability to track changes.
In the pre-Covid era, all of the company’s data was migrated to Microsoft Teams. This made it possible to structure corporate information, create a new logic and structure for management of projects to which the team received secure access. Now it is possible to hold online meetings and plan work tasks using the SCRUM methodology, completely abandoning the use of corporate email.
Most of our projects are done without the use of email thanks to the Microsoft Teams communication platform. We prefer secure cloud solutions.

Positive changes in the company have affected the interaction with contractors, partners and clients. The TEBIN team began teaching them how to use Microsoft Teams by demonstrating their own collaboration system and available use cases at meetings.

The TEBIN team has clients in Ukraine, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland and plans to expand to other European markets and the USA. The logical next step in the digital transformation will be ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 19650 certification. The company’s infrastructure will be migrated to the secure and reliable Microsoft Azure cloud service.
The company’s future plans include the introduction of a number of progressive Microsoft services, reflected in the TEBIN Security Management strategy.
